The Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. (“the Company”) hereby informs that the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange, pursuant to Resolution No. 846/2011 dated 4 July 2011, resolved to admit the following shares of the Company to trading on the main market, each with a par value of PLN 5:

1) 30,170,616 (thirty million one hundred seventy thousand six hundred sixteen)
ordinary A series bearer shares,

2) 9,325,580 (nine million three hundred twenty-five thousand five hundred eighty) ordinary B series bearer shares,

3) 54,424,801 (fifty-four million four hundred twenty-four thousand eight hundred one) A series shares, provided that these are converted from registered shares to ordinary bearer shares.
