Body of the report:

The Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. (“JSW”, “Company”) hereby reports that on 8 February 2023 the JSW Management Board signed an agreement with the representative trade union organizations operating in the Company on the increase of the salary fund in 2023 (“Agreement”).

Under the Agreement, from 1 January 2023, the salary fund will be increased by 15.4%, i.e. approx. PLN 580 million.

This information has been recognized as material due to the significant share of labor costs in the overall operating costs of the Company.
