The Management Board of JSW SA ("Company", "JSW") announces that at the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders ( “OGM” ) on 2 June 2015., A representative of the Treasury - the majority shareholder of JSW presented a statement on the appointment to the Supervisory Board of IX term of office the following persons :

3.    Antoni Malinowski

4.    Alojzy Nowak

5.    Stanisław Kluza

6.    Andrzej Karbownik

7.    Izabela Felczak – Poturnicka

The statement was submitted to the President of the Management Board in accordance with § 15 Section 12 and Section 13 Articles of Association.

Furthermore the OGM on June 2, 2015. Appointed to the Supervisory Board of the Company IX term of office the following persons:

9.    Eugeniusz Baron (elected by employees of JSW S.A.)

10.  Robert Kudelski (elected by employees of JSW S.A.)
