Body of the Report:

In addition to the current report No. 30/2015 of 2 June 2015. The Management Board of JSW S.A. ("JSW", "the Company") herewith provides information on education, qualifications and previous posts along with a work description of persons appointed to the Supervisory Board of IX term. JSW Management Board informs that according to their statements, the persons appointed to the Supervisory Board did not perform any other activity that is competitive in relation to activities performed in JSW. Persons appointed yesterday to the Supervisory Board of the Company are not partners in any competitive against JSW civil partnership, partnership, nor they are members of the capital company and do not participate in other competitive legal person as a member of its body. These people also do not appear in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the Act on the National Court Register.

Legal Basis: § 5 Section 1Item 22 of the Finance Minister’s Regulation issued on 19 February 2009 on the Current and Periodic Information Transmitted by Securities Issuers and the Conditions for Recognizing the Information Required by the Regulations of a Non-Member State as Equivalent.
