The Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. (“Company”, “JSW”) hereby reports that on 20 September 2021 it received a notification from Mr. Robert Ostrowski, Vice - President of the Company’s Management Board for Financial Matters, following the procedure of Article 19.1 of the Market Abuse Regulation about transactions in the Company’s shares.
