Body of the Report:

The Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. [“JSW”, “Company”] hereby reports that on 20 June 2024, an agreement was concluded between the JSW Management Board and the Representative Trade Union Organizations operating in the Company on the increase of the salary fund in 2024 [“Agreement”].

In accordance with the Agreement, in 2024, the salary fund will increase by 3.4% over the baseline, which is the personal salary fund adopted in the updated Technical and Economic Plan for 2023 [PLN 4 billion 236 million], and will amount to approximately PLN 4 billion 380 million, i.e. PLN 93 million less than the actual personal salary fund in 2023. The increase will be realized, among others, through the implementation of new basic salary rate tables, starting on 1 June 2024 [estimated amount in 2024: PLN 175 million]. The personal salary fund will be fully realized through the payment of one-time benefits in September and December 2024.

This information has been recognized as material due to the significant share of labor costs in the overall operating costs of the Company.
