The Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. ("Company", "JSW") informs that on October 13, 2021, the Company received the decision of the District Court in Gliwice, 10th Commercial Division of the National Court Register on the registration of the amendments to the Company's Articles of Association on registration on October 12, 2021. The amendments to the Company's Articles of Association were adopted by Resolution no. 29 of the Ordinary Shareholder Meeting of JSW of June 25, 2021.

The Company provides the text of the amended provisions of the Articles of Association and the consolidated text of the Articles of Association of JSW in the attachment to this report.
