The Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. („Company”) hereby reports that on 17 October 2013 it received a Communiqué from the Operational Department of the National Securities Depository (Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A. ((„KDPW”)) announcing that pursuant to KDPW Management Board resolution no. 757/13 of 10 October 2013, 191,873 Company shares will be registered and designated with the code PLJSW0000015 on 18 October 2013.
