Body of the Report:

The Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. ("Company") reports that Dom Maklerski PKO Banku Polskiego, an attorney-in-fact acting on behalf of the Company, has filed an application to admit shares into trading on the Warsaw Stock Exchange [Giełda Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A.] as a result of the shares being registered in the National Depository of Securities [Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A.]

The total number of bearer shares that are to be admitted into stock market trading as a result of the registration is:  107,021 of which:

1) 91,028 series A common bearer shares with a par value of PLN 5 each, designated by the code PLJSW0000015,

2) 15,993 series D common bearer shares with a par value of PLN 5 each, designated by the code PLJSW0000015.

The proposed date of registration and admission: 15 November 2013.
