The Management Board of the Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. ( “Company”) hereby informs that as of September 7, 2015 Mr. Robert Kozłowski tendered his resignation from acting in the capacity of the Company’s CFO as of today. Mr. Kozłowski did not indicate the justification of the resignation.

§ 5 Section 1 Item 21 of the Finance Minister’s Regulation issued on 19 February 2009 on the Current and Periodic Information Transmitted by Securities Issuers and the Conditions for Recognizing the Information Required by the Regulations of a Non-Member State as Equivalent.
