The Management Board of the Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. (“Company”) hereby informs that as of today Mr. Andrzej Karbownik tendered his resignation from acting in the capacity of Supervisory Board Member of the Company. He did not indicate the justification of the resignation.
