The Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. („Company”) hereby reports that on 14 November 2013 it received a Communiqué from the Operational Department of the National Securities Depository (Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A. ((„KDPW”)) announcing that pursuant to KDPW Management Board resolution no. 838/13 of 7 November 2013, 107,021 Company shares will be registered and designated with the code PLJSW0000015 on 15 November 2013.
