Body of the Report:

The  Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. („JSW”, „Company”) hereby informs that as of today the agreement was concluded between JSW Management Board and representative trade union organizations operating in JSW  („ Agreement”).

The  agreement  concerns the restriction of the benefits to employees of the Company and will have a significant impact on improving the liquidity of JSW in the next three years. At the same time the Company informs that the agreement with trade unions announced by the Company in the current report no.16/2015 shall be binding till the end of February 2018.

The total estimated positive effect of the labor costs reduction for the years 2016-2018 under the agreement and the agreement announced in the current report no. 16/2015  will amount to approx. PLN 2 billion.
