With reference to Current Reports No. 44/2020 and 46/2020, the Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A (“Company”) hereby reports that it has been informed that today the Operations Department of the Central Securities Depository (“KDPW”), issued an announcement in which it informed that on 30 December 2020, 744,463 of the Company’s shares will be registered and labeled with code ISIN PLJSW0000015.
