Body of the report:

The Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. (”Company”) hereby reports that today the Company received representations according to which the Minister of Energy, acting pursuant to § 15 section 13 of the Company’s Articles of Association:

1. Dismissed Mr. Antoni Malinowski from the Company’s Supervisory Board, effective today.

2. Appointed Mr. Stanisław Prusek and Mr. Robert Tomanek to the Company’s Supervisory Board, effective today.

Other information about the appointed Members of the JSW Supervisory Board, which is required by the Regulation issued by the Finance Minister on 29 March 2018 on the Current and Periodic Information Transmitted by Securities Issuers and the Conditions for Recognizing the Information Required by the Regulations of a Non-Member State as Equivalent, will be provided by the Company at a later date in a separate current report.
