Body of the Report:

With reference to  the current report No. 44/2015 dated 7 September 2015, the Management Board of JSW S.A. ("Company") announces that today PKO Bank Polski S.A. acting as Paying Agent, in connection with the acquired legal opinion pointed out that, in accordance with the terms of the Bonds Issue Programme, due payment date concerning early bonds redemption owned by ING Bank Śląski S.A. is 22 September 2015. The Company also announces that referring to the change in the payment date the amount of due interests will be calculated.
