Body of the Report:

The Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. (“JSW”, “Company”) hereby announces that today a strike was started in the Company’s mines, involving stoppage of coal production. The organizer has not specified when the strike will end. At the same time, the Management Board announces that the average revenues lost by the stoppage amount to approx. PLN 27.5 million per day. In addition, the Management Board declares that it will take all actions envisaged by the law to protect the Company’s interests.
