Body of the report:             

The Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. (“Company”) hereby reports that the Current Report No. 5/2017 published on 21 January 2017 stated that on 16 March 2017 the Company will publish the consolidated report on payments to the public administration in the financial year 2016, while it should state that on 16 March 2017 the Company will publish the standalone report on payments to the public administration in the financial year 2016.

The correct wording of the report is stated below:

The Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. (“Company”) hereby reports that the publication date of the Company’s standalone report on payments to the public administration for the financial year 2016 was set for 16 March 2017. 

Legal basis: § 103 Item 1 of the Regulation issued by the Finance Minister on 19 February 2009 on the Current and Periodic Information Transmitted by Securities Issuers and the Conditions for Recognizing the Information Required by the Regulations of a Non-Member State as Equivalent.
