Body of the Report:

The Management Board of JSW SA ( "Company") announces that today the Company has obtained information on registered amendments by the District Court in Gliwice, X Division of the National Court Register, to the Articles of Association of the Company, made by Resolution No. 32 of Ordinary General Meeting of JSW SA as of June 2, 2015.

Change to the Articles of Association of the Company relates to the addition of § 4 Item 56 and reads as follows:

"56. Service activities supporting other mining and quarrying (09.90.Z). "

The Company encloses the consolidated text of the Articles of Association including the above amendment.

§ 38 Section 1 Item 2 of the Finance Minister’s Regulation issued on 19 February 2009 on the Current and Periodic Information Transmitted by Securities Issuers and the Conditions for Recognizing the Information Required by the Regulations of a Non-Member State as Equivalent.
