Body of the Report:

The Management Board of JSW S.A. ( "Company", "JSW") announces that on 7 October 2015, the Company received a statement of the Minister of State Treasury dated10/06/2015, concerning the exercise by the Treasury  powers to appoint the Company's Supervisory Board member pursuant to §15 Section12 and Section 13 of the Articles of Association. In accordance with the above statement, Mr. Krzysztof Dresler was appointed to the Supervisory Board of JSW S.A. IX term of office.

Information concerning the appointed member of the Supervisory Board required by the regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information submitted by issuers of securities (...)  shall be provided by the Company in a  separate current report at a later date.

§ 5 Section 1 Item 22 of the Finance Minister’s Regulation issued on 19 February 2009 on the Current and Periodic Information Transmitted by Securities Issuers and the Conditions for Recognizing the Information Required by the Regulations of a Non-Member State as Equivalent.
