Body of the Report:

The Management Board of JSW S.A. (The "Company", "JSW S.A.") announces that on 26 October 2015 Supervisory Board adopted a resolution on appointing on 11.02.2015 Mr. Michał Kończak for the position of  the Deputy President of the Management Board for Financial Matters at JSW S.A. VIII term.

Mr. Michał Kończak is an economics graduate from the University of Technology in Radom. He has over 12 years of experience in corporate finance management, and in cooperation with Financial Market Institutions and Consulting Companies (Deloitte & Touche, Cap Gemini Ernst & Young). He also served as Chief Financial Officer and Managing Director at ADD Poland sp. z o.o. and steel mills in the Balkans.

Mr. Michał Kończak is experienced in managing the restructuring processes of companies in the steel industry.

Mr. Michał Kończak is not engaged in any activities competitive to the Company, nor  participates in any competitive company as a partner in a civil partnership or as a member of a corporate body or in another competitive legal person as a member of the body. Furthermore, he is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the KRS Act.
