In reference to Current Report No. 43/2015 of 3 September 2015, the Management Board of JSW S.A. (The "Company", "JSW") announces that pursuant to the decision of the Supervisory Board, the secondment period of Mr Józef Myrczek to temporarily perform the duties of President of the Management Board of JSW S.A. terminates today.

Legal Basis: § 5 Section 1 Item 21 of the Regulation issued by the Finance Minister on 19 February 2009 on the Current and Periodic Information Transmitted by Securities Issuers and the Conditions for Recognizing the Information Required by the Regulations of a Non-Member State as Equivalent.
