Body of the report:

In reference to current reports no. 11/2018, 29/2018 and 15/2019 pertaining to establishing potential cooperation between Prairie Mining Limited (“Prairie”) and Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. (“JSW", “Company”) and in connection with the media news appearing in the press and on Internet portals regarding termination of the cooperation agreement between the parties regarding potential take-over of Prairie’s mining assets in Poland by JSW, the Company’s Management Board confirms that it remains in contact with Prairie. The talks are still conducted in the formula published by the Company in the aforementioned current reports. At the current stage of the talks, the non-disclosure agreement (“NDA”) has not been extended, as a result of which it expired by the prescribed date, i.e. 28 September 2019. Extension of the term of the NDA is not a condition required to conduct further talks with Prairie. Currently JSW is working on un updating the JSW Group strategy. Among other things it is analyzing potential scenarios of cooperation with Prairie. When the talks enter the next phase or other material events occur (e.g. a new NDA is signed), the Company will publish the required information in the markets.
