Body of the Report:

With reference to current report no. 5/2015 on commencement of a strike in JSW S.A., the Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. ("JSW", "Company") hereby announces that on 29 January 2015, as a result of conducted consultations and discussions regarding the social and economic situation in JSW, in order the resolve the social conflict in the Company, it has made a decision to withdraw, as of today, from:

1. the intention to terminate the employment contracts with the trade union activists from KWK "Budryk",

2. the rules for granting "prophylactic meals" subject to the pending collective dispute.

At the same time the JSW Supervisory Board and Management Board have agreed that in the current situation it is necessary to immediately start talks between the employer and the social side, with the participation of a jointly selected mediator and observer from the Supervisory Board, as regards the remaining disputable issues.

The Management Board also announces that as of the moment of commencement of the talks between the parties, it will withdraw the civil petition for injunctive relief filed with the Regional Court in Gliwice and the petition filed pursuant to Article 36 of the Trade Union Act.
