Body of the report:

The Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. (“JSW”, “Company”) hereby reports that on 18 December 2019 the Company’s Supervisory Board adopted a resolution to dismiss from the JSW Management Board Mr. Tomasz Śledź, who had served in the capacity of Vice-President of the Management Board for Technical Matters. At the same time, the Company’s Supervisory Board adopted a resolution to entrust Mr. Artur Dyczko with the duties of Acting Vice-President for Technical Matters in the period from 18 December 2019 to the date of appointment of Vice-President of the Management Board for Technical Matters. In parallel, Mr. Artur Dyczko will continue to serve as Vice-President of the Management Board for Strategy and Development.
