Body of the report:

The Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. (“JSW”, ”Company”) reports that during the evening of 17 January 2019 the Company received a representation according to which the Minister of Energy, acting pursuant to § 15 section 13 of the Company’s Articles of Association appointed Mr. Robert Małłek to the Company’s Supervisory Board as of today.

The Company will provide the other information about the appointed JSW Supervisory Board member as required by the Regulation issued by the Finance Minister on 29 March 2018 on the Current and Periodic Information Transmitted by Securities Issuers and the Conditions for Recognizing the Information Required by the Regulations of a Non-Member State as Equivalent, at a later date in a separate current report.
