The Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. („Company”, „JSW S.A.”) hereby announces that on 12 April 2013 Mr. Andrzej Tor, who is currently acting in the capacity of the Vice-President of JSW S.A. responsible for production, submitted a declaration that he will not apply for election to the eighth term of office of the JSW S.A. Management Board.

Legal basis: § 5 section 1 sub-section 21 of the Finance Minister’s Regulation of 19 February 2009 on the current and periodic information conveyed by securities issuers and the conditions for recognizing the information required by the legal regulations of a non-member state as being equivalent.
