Body of the Report:

With reference to current reports numbered 3/2015 of 21 January 2015 and 5/2015 of 28 January 2015, the Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. (“JSW”, “Company”) hereby announces that a statement of points agreed and differences of opinion was initialed today between the JSW Management Board and the Trade Unions Protest and Strike Committee at JSW S.A. with the participation of mediator Mr. Longin Komołowski, JSW Supervisory Board Chairman, Mr. Józef Myrczek, Chairman of the Trade Unions Protest and Strike Committee at JSW S.A., Mr. Dominik Kolorz and JSW Supervisory Board Member, Mr. Tomasz Kusio. This document will be submitted to the JSW Supervisory Board and the JSW staff by the Trade Unions.

We will report on further material circumstances related to the pending strike in JSW in subsequent current reports.
