Body of the report:

In reference to current report no. 31/2014 of 20 October 2014 the Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. („JSW”) reports that on 6 February 2015 the Fitch rating agency retracted JSW’s B+ corporate rating with a stable outlook and that it also retracted the B+ rating with a stable outlook awarded at the time of conferring the above ratings to the issue of senior notes planned by JSW Finance AB (a special-purpose vehicle in Sweden formed by Polski Koks S.A, a JSW subsidiary). According to the rules adopted by Fitch, these ratings were retracted as the notes issue did not take place.
