Body of the report:
The Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. ["JSW", the "Company"] hereby reports that on 5 March 2025 it was informed of the estimated consolidated financial results of the JSW Group for 2024 and decided to make them public.
Estimated consolidated financial results of the JSW Group for 2024:
- Sales revenues: PLN 11,325.8 million,
- Gross loss on sales: PLN (756.8) million,
- Operating loss plus depreciation and amortization (EBITDA): PLN (6,500.7) million,
- Net loss: PLN (7,284.7) million.
At the same time, with reference to the published current reports on the JSW Group's operating activities in the individual quarters of 2024 (Current Report No. 19/2024, Current Report No. 38/2024, Current Report No. 53/2024 and Current Report No. 4/2025), the Company's Management Board hereby reports that in 2024:
- Total coal production was 12.25 million tons,
- Coking coal production was 9.92 million tons,
- Steam coal production was 2.33 million tons,
- Total coke production was 3.06 million tons.
The financial results presented are estimates obtained in the preparation of the 2024 consolidated financial statements and are subject to change.
The final financial results for 2024 will be presented in detail in the JSW Group's Consolidated Report for 2024, scheduled for publication on 8 April 2025.
