Body of the Report:

The Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. ["Company", "JSW"] with reference to Current Report No. 28/2023 of 19 December 2023 on the declaration of force majeure, hereby announces an update of the estimated analysis of the impact of the 6 December 2023 fire at KWK Pniówek on production levels in 2024.

The Company's Management Board estimates that the loss in coal production at KWK Pniówek may increase by 100 thousand tons. Accordingly, the estimated impact of the event in 2024 is estimated at 450 thousand tons of reduction in the production level at KWK Pniówek.

Moreover, the Company reports that as at the date of preparing this report, it is not possible to specify the full impact on the future prospects of the Company and of the JSW Group. In the event of material changes stemming from the analyses conducted, JSW will provide information in the form of separate current reports.
