Body of the report:

The Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. ["JSW", "Company"] hereby reports that on 26 March 2025, the Company's Supervisory Board adopted a resolution to entrust the performance of the duties of the Vice-President of the Management Board for Development to Mr. Adam Rozmus as of 26 March 2025. Mr. Adam Rozmus also remains the Vice-President of the Management Board for Technical and Operational Matters.
