Body of the report: 

The Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. ["Company", "Issuer"] hereby reports that on 28 March 2025 it became aware of the necessity for the Shareholder Meeting of the Issuer's subsidiary JSW KOKS S.A. to adopt a resolution on the further existence of JSW KOKS S.A. in connection with Article 397 of the Commercial Company Code.

The Company will report on the decision of the JSW KOKS S.A. Shareholder Meeting in a separate current report.
