The Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. [“Company”] hereby reports that today Company received representation from the Minister of State Assets to appoint as of today, pursuant to § 15 sec. 12 and 13 of the Company’s Articles of Association, Mr Marek Szczęch to the JSW Supervisory Board for its 11th term of office.

Further information about the appointed Member of the JSW Supervisory Board, required by the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of March 29, 2018, on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state, will be provided at a later date in a separate current report.
