The Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A [“Company”] hereby reports that on … April 2025 it adopted a resolution on submitting applications to the Social Insurance Institution [“ZUS”] for deferral until January 2026 of the payment of social security, health insurance, Labor Fund, Guaranteed Employee Benefit Fund and the Bridge Pension Fund contributions, due for the period from April 2025 to December 2025 and estimated at approximately PLN 1.3 billion and for payment of the above contributions in installments over the period of up to 24 months after the end of the deferral period.
The Company will disclose information on further significant steps in this matter in the form of pertinent current reports.
