Body of the Report:

The Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. ["JSW", "Company"] hereby reports that on 30 January 2024 it gave consent to extend the duration of the JSW Stabilization Closed-end Investment Fund ["FIZ"] for another 3 years, i.e. until 30 December 2027, leaving the possibility of extending the FIZ's duration for a maximum of 3 years.

At the same time, the Management Board hereby reports that on 30 January 2024 it adopted a resolution to convene the FIZ Investor Meeting, with an agenda including, among other things: adoption of a resolution toextend the duration of the FIZ.

The Company will report the adoption of the resolution by the FIZ Investor Meeting in a separate current report.
