Crew Head’s Zone at the I Student OHS Conference organized at the AGH University of Science and Technology

The online platform “Crew Head’s Zone and more” was presented in the JSW Lecture Hall during the I Student OHS Conference. This unusual meeting was organized by the members of the “Inspector” Science Club at the AGH University of Science and Technology Faculty of Mining and Geoengineering under the care of Artur Bator, PhD. M.Sc.

“Because I want to live safely every day!” is the motto of this year’s conference. The one-hour presentation by two members of the Crew Head’s Zone’s Editorial Board on improving professional qualifications of JSW S.A. employees and OHS knowledge using the platform was composed of two parts. First, Jacek Mozgol delivered a thematic presentation and then Zbigniew Schinohl presented the online platform. The platform enjoyed great interest and lively response from the participants. During the Conference a meeting was held with the academics and authorities of the Faculty, under the lead of the Dean professor Marek Cała, PhD. Hab. M.Sc.

It should be noted that Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa and the AGH University of Science and Technology signed an agreement on cooperation on development of the “Crew Head’s Zone and more” platform at the Grand Jubilee Session: 25 years of JSW - 100 years of AGH held on 7 December 2018 in Kraków.
